MP2092 / Block and Bleed Valves

Two-way manifolds are used for preventing and permitting the fluid flow between the process and the pressure sensing instruments, such as pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, and pressure switches, in case of necessity.

The manifold containing 1 isolating valve, 1 discharge valve, and 1 discharge plug is compatible with the process fluids that are not highly viscous, crystallizable, and aggressive. The product has been designed for the applications of Decontamination, Petro chemistry, Chemistry, Petroleum, and Natural Gas industries. Additionally, it can also be used in the systems where high-pressure and high-temperature resistance is required.

By turning off the isolation valve, the connection between the process and the pressure sensing equipment is cut out for zero-point control of it. Also, the pressure sensing instrument can be disassembled from the system for calibration, maintenance, or renewal of the instrument after the isolation valve is closed. When the discharge valve is opened, the fluid trapped inside the measurement instrument is safely evacuated.
